As a Therapeutic Sciences PhD student at Brown, Andrew Howes uses optical microscopy to study the role of senescense in pulmonary fibrosis extracellular matrix remodeling. On Monday, November 6, 2023, he successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled "Quantitative nonlinear imaging assessment of pulmonary senescense-associated extracellular matrix remodeling."
