Biography

Dr. Kurtis’ lab is focused on discovering and developing novel therapeutic interventions for malaria and schistosomiasis - two of the leading killers of children on the planet. We currently are working on malaria and schistosomiasis vaccines, malaria therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and anti-malarial small molecule drugs.
